2017 Key Stage 1
We have been awarded a grant from Kent County Council to provide a holiday playscheme for disabled children aged 4-7 with severe and complex needs living in the Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley areas.
The playschemes will run in the Easter, summer and autumn school holidays.
Parents that would like their children to take part must contact their social worker in the first instance for a referral to this playscheme.
All places allocated are subject to a referral and a support plan in place.
The big lottery through the reaching communities programme has awarded us a five year grant. The scheme is aimed at disabled children that would not be able to take part in mainstream activities without our support.
We do not offer 1-1 or any personal care at these inclusive sessions.
The children will be able to take part in ball games, swimming, crazy golf, trampolining alongside other non-disabled children so that they can play together, understand one another and will improve their physical and social skills.
They will run in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley from local Leisure Centres.
