BEAMERS HOLIDAY CLUB (5 TO 18 YEARS)

 

Beamers is our new holiday club for children and young people with disabilities aged between 5 and 18 years old. Our club offers young people the opportunity to form new friendships and take part in lots of fun and exciting activities. 

This holiday club is only suitable for those not requiring personal care or 1 to 1 support. We will send you a support plan so that we can understand more about your young person needs.

Summer Playscheme 2022

 

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering a playscheme this Summer.  

Please note, we are no longer taking requests for our playscheme. Our Short Breaks team will be in contact with those who have entered shortly.

Places are limited and we ask for a suggested donation of £20 per session.

Join us for a day of fun-filled activities which include Tag Active, soft play, trampolining, gymnastics and swimming. Please note, to participate in Tag Active there is a height restriction of 1.2metres.

Activity:  Enjoy a morning of Bowling with friends. In the afternoon, an adventure awaits at a dinosaur themed golf course.

Activity: Kent Equine Centre facilitated learning. Make friends with horses, ponies and Alpacas. Working the herd and talking time, stable duties and daily jobs. Lunch meditation and reflecting.

Activity: Swimming, trampolining, gymnastics and more.. 

Please arrive at Fairfield Leisure Centre for 9am and collection will be at 3pm.

For all above activities, please ensure that your child has appropriate clothing and a packed lunch. If you wish your child to have a small amount of pocket money, please put this in an envelope and hand to the team leader.

Parent’s Feedback is important to us!

Over the last 12 months, we have offered lots of different playschemes for your child. We need your feedback as to how you feel they went and if your child had a good time.

Feedback is needed because as a charity we rely on funds from the public to support you and your child. Although we request voluntary donations we do not cover our costs of care.
