We are looking for PA’s to support our 15-year-old daughter, Eva for up to 7.5 hours per week during term times and up to 7 hours per week during the school holidays. This is the maximum number of hours but we would love to hear from you even if you would be interested in a couple of hours a week or every other week whether that is holiday, term time or both J
Currently, we do not have a fixed idea of specific days/hours when we would like PA support so can be flexible and come up with a plan together around Eva’s needs and your availability.
We would ideally like Eva’s PA/s to be able to:
· Assist with personal care i.e. showering/bathing Eva one or two evenings per week, supporting her at home with dinner and getting ready for bed etc
· Take Eva out for fun outings or to clubs on a Saturday or Sunday. This could be every other weekend and may change if we plan to go out as a family.
· Have a fun evening out once a week with Eva i.e. take her trampolining/bowling etc.
This could be with family or one to one.
Eva is great fun and can be very lively, so her PA will need to have plenty of energy to keep up with her! She loves to laugh and is very cheeky and sociable. She is also pretty chilled out and finds joy in the simplest activities. Most importantly, we want Eva to have fun and valuable social experiences with someone who she enjoys spending time with.
Eva needs one to one support and hand holding at all times to keep her safe.
Eva has epilepsy therefore we would discuss her full healthcare plan and Epilepsy protocol with you.
Rate of Pay : £10.85 PER HOUR
