Get ready for Messy Dash 2026!
Celebrate our 30th year by getting well and truly messy!
We’re hosting two separate waves of colourful chaos, just pick the one that works for you and get ready for 2.5k of slime, powder, and water-filled fun. Designed for everyone, our route is fully inclusive and wheelchair accessible.
Everyone is welcome to walk, jog, dance, toddle, or run. It’s the perfect, messy fun for the whole family.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Every pound you raise celebrates a year of support for local disabled children and their families, ensuring our vital services can continue for the next three decades.
A special milestone for our young dashers!
Every child who crosses the finish line will be awarded a limited edition 30th anniversary bespoke medal.
It’s a shiny reminder of the messy fun they had and the incredible difference they helped make.
