We are excited to announce a brand-new fundraising event we have never organised before! To mark our 30th anniversary, We Are Beams is inviting individuals, schools, businesses, and community groups to host their own ‘Tea-riffic’ Tea Party events throughout the year.

From afternoon teas and coffee mornings to cake sales, bake events, and larger community gatherings, supporters are encouraged to get involved in ways that suit them. It can be a simple coffee morning at home, a bake-off with colleagues at lunch, or a bake sale in the wider community. All funds raised will go directly towards supporting disabled children and their families across Kent that we look after.

Taking part is simple, supporters can sign up to host an event, choose any date during the anniversary year, invite friends, family, or colleagues, and raise funds while spreading awareness of Beams vital work.

We Are Beams impact goes beyond just care; our charity helps reduce social isolation, promote friendships, enhance mental health and wellbeing, and provide families with the much-needed respite from the challenges of caregiving. We aim to raise £2.5 million each year to continue providing essential care to the most vulnerable members of the community.
