We Are Beams is calling all brave adventurers to take on an unforgettable challenge, climbing to the summit of the iconic O2 Arena while fundraising for a purpose.
This special event is part of a series of celebrations marking 30 years of We Are Beams supporting disabled children and their families
Taking place on Saturday 28th March, all proceeds from the event will go towards the charity’s services, including Family Advice, Respite Care and Holiday Play Schemes.
Suspended above the famous tented roof, fundraisers will climb 365m, reaching heights of 52m above the ground. Once they reach the top, participants can enjoy spectacular 360-degree views of London, including Greenwich, the Olympic Park and Canary Wharf.

One family taking part is Amanda and her son, Noah. Beams provides short break activities and days out for Noah and ongoing support and advice for the whole family.
Amanda explains why they have signed up for the climb.
“Noah and I are taking on the O2 challenge to push ourselves out of our comfort zones and proudly fly the flag for Beams. Over the last 3 years, we have received some incredible support, which has made such a difference to our family. We want to raise funds so Noah and other children can continue to receive this vital care”
Join Team Beams and help the charity continue to offer support to families for the next 30 years.
