The Challenge:

Tough Mudder is more than a race, it is a hardcore obstacle courses designed to test your all around strength, stamina, and mental grit. Whether you choose the 5K or the 15K course, you will face iconic obstacles designed to test your physical and mental toughness. Rally your colleagues, friends, or family and tackle the course together. It’s a fantastic way to strengthen bonds, build morale, and create unforgettable memories.

Minimum Sponsorship: £300 per person

Is there a minimum age to run a Tough Mudder?

5K – Ages 14+ (with parental permission)

15K – Ages 16+ (with parental permission)

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older at all times. A chaperone (18 or older) can be responsible for up to 2 minors (under 18) and must stay with the minors on the course at all times.
